Nwankpa charged the newly sworn in local government officials to live up to the confidence reposed on them, and accommodate all opinions and carry all members along.
He said, “You should see your emergence as a call to service, not a time for individuals aggrandisement”.
“As party chairmen of the seventeen local government área in the state, should work hard for the success of APC in the forthcoming 2019 general elections”.
The reconciliation committee has Chief Godfrey Onyemaobi as chairman, Retired Justice Sunday Imo as deputy chairman, Dr. Charles Nwaogu as secretary.
Other members are Sir Marc Wabara, Senator Chris Adigije, Hon. (mrs) Ori Obasi and Chief Mrs. Chisom Onuoha.
Responding, one of the local government executive members, Barrister Ugorji Eke, promised that they will work in line with the APC’s constitution to achieve the goal of the party.
