Femi Fani-Kayode, former Aviation Minister, has reacted to parallel congresses held in some states controlled by the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, chieftain said the development was a sign that the ruling party was in “utter disarray.”
Commenting on Twitter, the former Minister described the APC as a party, whose soul was “dying”.
He wrote: “The fortunes of the APC are melting away like an iceberg approaching the tropics.
“The soul of the APC is dying. The spirit of the APC is broken. The body of the APC is rotting.
“Parallel congress after parallel congress, divided and confused: they are now in utter disarray.”
