The governor of Katsina State, Alhaji Aminu Bello Masari, has declared that President Muhammdu Buhari is ready to lay down his life for Nigeria.
Masari also revealed that President Buhari contested the 2015 presidential election because he could not fold his hands and watch when things were going wrong in Nigeria.
The Governor further said that the President was ready to pay the supreme price, if need be, in a determined effort to return Nigeria to the path of sustainable development.
He said, “President Muhammadu Buhari has staked his life for Nigeria and he is ready to pay the supreme price to put the country on the right track.”
Masari said this yesterday evening, when a former Governor of Abia State, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu, led members of his National Movement for the re-election of Buhari to the Katsina Government House.
Masari explained that Buhari’s journey to the Presidency in 2015 was because, “he could not fold his hands when things were going bad for Nigeria.”
Masari had earlier felicitated with Muslims over the completion of the Ramadan fast and urged them to make the lessons learned as their life habit.
